This class is for everyone! Spring will be here before we know it Great class for beginners who would like to try yoga and tone the muscles. Yoga Strength incorporates small hand weights, Barre-inspired movements and reps, cardio, and bodyweight strength work in a yoga flow to amp things up and break a sweat! Work all the major muscle groups for a full-body workout with plenty of time to stretch it out and settle into a sweet Savasana. Small hand weights ranging from 1–5lbs are provided or can bring your own. Modified movements will also be provided. Great class if you are coming back to a workout routine. Fast toning and great for weight loss. Bring water, towel and hand weights if you have them. Studio will have weights also.
