*THIS CLASS WILL ALWAYS BE HELD INDOOR IN STUDIO* Numerous studies confirm what many yoga practitioners have known for a long time: yoga practice has a remarkable impact on physical and mental health—and spiritual well-being—as we navigate through our life at any age. This gentle yoga class will focus on strength, joint flexibility, balance, agility, cardiovascular health, brain health, and stress management. Class will end with a guided meditation in Savasana. -YOGA LINGO- ASANA is a yoga posture (Pose). PRANAYAMA is breathing techniques. MANTRA is a word or sound repeated to aid in concentration in meditation. MUDRA are hand positions, physical gestures that have an effect on the energy flow of the body. SAVASANA is our final resting pose, Deep relaxation at the end of each class to integrate the practice. Reservations & Minimum 2-Hour Early Cancel Drop-in rate: $13/pp without a punch card.
