Numerous studies confirm what many yoga practitioners have known for a long time: yoga practice has a remarkable impact on physical and mental health—and spiritual well-being—as we navigate through our life at any age. This gentle yoga class will focus on strength, joint flexibility, balance, agility, cardiovascular health, brain health, and stress management. Class will end with a guided meditation in Savasana. -YOGA LINGO- ASANA is a yoga posture (Pose). PRANAYAMA are breathing techniques. MANTRA is a word or sound repeated to aid in concentration in meditation. MUDRA are hand positions, physical gestures that have an effect on the energy flow of the body. SAVASANA is our final resting pose, Deep relaxation at the end of each class to integrate the practice. ***Things to know*** ***Reservations & Minimum 2-Hour Early Cancel are Required Drop in rate: $10.00/ Per Person (Must Pay Online prior to attending Class if you are not a Punch card Holder to secure mat space). No Refunds for no Show. Punch card will be stamped for no show. **COVID 19 Guidelines Observed** Max 9 Guests per Class Mask Recommended as you Enter & Exit Building. Can remove mask on the mat (per individual comfort level). Daily cleaning and sanitizing of all equipment's and studio. Weekly deep cleaning and sanitizing of equipment's and studio.
