Service Description

*Class will be held outdoor for the summer and in studio for inclement weather* This class is for everyone! Great class for beginners who would like to try Yoga and Barre and tone the muscles. Yoga Strength incorporates small hand weights, Barre-inspired movements and reps, cardio, and bodyweight strength work in a yoga flow to amp things up and break a sweat! Work all the major muscle groups for a full-body workout with emphasis on booty and core with plenty of time to stretch it out and settle into a sweet Savasana. Small hand weights ranging from 1–3lbs are provided or you can bring your own. Modifications always provided. Booty bands along with ankle weights will be available for you to use Great class if you are coming back to a workout routine. Fast toning and great for weight loss. Bring water, towel and hand weights if you have them. Studio will have weights also.
