  • Zen Buddha Restorative Yin (This is a special Class 90 minutes long offered on Sunday 2 times per month. This class is on hold for now).

 No yoga experience needed all levels welcome. Great classes for anyone looking to relax, destress and stretch, while gaining                flexibility and keeping joints healthy.

All Classes listed above will end with a  guided meditation choosen by your teacher.

Yoga to Lengthen/ Strengthen

  • Weekend Reset Yoga for everyone

  • Hatha Yoga 

Modification will be given for all classes above. Classes are appropiate for all levels.

 Beginner's are welcome. 

These yoga classes will help you gain strength, establish body awareness, and develop better posture. When performed correctly,certain yoga poses can target your muscles, torch your core, and aid in functional strength gains.

Detox, Cardio and Weight Control

 Modifications will be provided by the   teacher. Weights optional. Great classes for cardio and weight support. Build lean long strong bodies with a yoga philosophy of combining breath and strenght.
